We’re growing! MosierData is a leading digital marketing agency headquartered in Florida, serving primarily the shed and portable building industry, however having been in business for going on 18 years, we sometimes work with other business types as well.

With a growing portfolio of clients throughout North America, we need the right individuals to help continue our growth. We specialize in, you guessed it, websites!; but we also handle Search Engine Optimization, manage Google and Facebook ad campaigns, reputation management, and even a little bit of social media management.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of what goes into building a website the right way. This requires a solid technical knowledge of WordPress website development and a working knowledge of SEO best practices in order to improve our client's experience with us. 

Responsibilities Can Include:

- Focus on web standards, semantics, usability, accessibility, and optimization, with special consideration given to code architecture, modularity, and reusability

- Work with an existing design in order to construct, modify, implement and test website functionality from scratch, while being flexible to adapt the designs on the fly

- Analytics & tagging implementation, testing and documentation

- Support platform needs, such as plugin updates, site administration and DNS records

- Perform ongoing HTML validation, link verification, and site testing, and take appropriate corrective action when necessary

- Troubleshoot and solve issues on websites and DNS settings as they arise

- Work on a range of client accounts at the same time, often juggling various projects and deadlines

- Keep up to date with all industry trends, insights, topics and best practices

- Demonstrating a proactive attitude towards company strategies and campaign results

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

- Career-driven, self-motivated and focused on growing within a high-performing agency by bringing new ideas and strategies to the table

- 2 or more years of experience as a web developer with proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and responsive design

- Expert knowledge of Core Vital Statistics and how to remediate an issues/concerns

- Advanced skills using Google products (GTM, GA4, Conversion Optimization)

- Strong understanding of front-end technologies and UI/UX design

- High proficiency with WordPress and the Elementor Pro framework, including their tools and plugins

- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment in order to meet deadlines

- Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Excellent Written English Skills

- Team player

- Familiarity with ClickUp is a bonus
